30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

  • What are the additional fees on top of monthly rent?

    We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:


    - Admin Processing Fee: $3 monthly

    - Pest Control: $5 monthly

    - Amenity Fee: $30 monthly                                                                                                                                                                                                              

    - Water and Gas: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent 

    - Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account 

    - Pet: If applicable, $25 per pet monthly

    - Storage: if applicable, $65-$95 monthly

    - Parking: if applicable, optional, Reserve Parking $75 monthly



  • What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

    We’re thrilled to hear you want to apply! Each resident must meet certain criteria, including rental, credit, and criminal history checks, as well as employment and income verifications.


    After you have finished your application, you will receive a confirmation email with preliminary approval. To finalize your approval, the office team will need a copy of each occupant's photo identification and pay stubs or W2s to confirm income requirements.

  • I've been approved, what's next?

    Congratulations and thank you for choosing Bellrock Summer Street as your new home!


    Once approved, you will receive a Welcome Home letter from our team with a checklist to complete before moving in. Action items include:


    1. Electronically signing your lease

    2. Setting up your resident portal account

    3. Paying move-in fees and deposits

    4. Sending our team confirmation of your utilities accounts and renters insurance

    5. Setting up your move-in appointment.


    We will stay in contact with you throughout this process and are available to answer any questions you may have to make your move as smooth and easy as possible.


  • My move-in date is coming up, what's the move-in process?

    Welcome Home to Bellrock Summer Street! Before your move-in date, we will ensure all required action items have been completed as outlined in the Welcome Home letter. We will then set up a move-in appointment.


    On your move-in date, we will give you a move-in packet with need-to-know information, hand over your keys, and you can begin moving in!


  • As a resident, where will I park? What about my guests?

    Thanks for your question! Here is the information regarding parking options:


    - Residents: Each apartment home may park up to two vehicles in the parking garage using the complimentary unreserved parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents who prefer a reserved parking space may rent one for $75 per month, subject to availability.


    - Guests: If you are a guest, you can park in any open space near the property.

  • As a resident, how will I receive packages?

    FedEx, UPS, and Amazon packages are delivered to our secure package lockers with 24/7 access. Once your package is delivered, you'll receive a notification with a unique access code for convenient pickup. USPS mail and small packages are delivered to your mailbox. If a USPS package is too large to fit in your mailbox, the postal carrier will leave a notice with instructions for picking it up at your local post office.


  • What school district is Bellrock Summer Street in?

    Students in our community attend the Houston Independent School District. Depending on their grade level, they will attend  Crockett Elementary School,  Hogg Middle School, and Heights High School (9th-12th)
